How to Get Your Staff to Prioritize Workplace Training

Every year, companies lose up to $600 billion in IP theft, about $62 billion from workplace injuries, about $14.82 million due to non-compliance problems, and about $295 million for sexual harassment claims. Prevention is key, and this begins with equipping staff with knowledge through training. But when your staff is already busy fulfilling the unique and important responsibilities they were hired to do, how can you motivate them to prioritize workplace training?
