Thrive Managed Services Acquires InCare Technologies, Plans US Expansion

Thrive Managed Services has acquired IT management services company InCare Technologies to expand its customer base in the Southern U.S. This is the company’s fourth acquisition in the past six monts. Founded in 2000, Thrive Managed Services handles cybersecurity, cloud and collaboration functions on behalf of enterprises to spare pressure on their internal IT resources. “InCare Technologies is one of the best-run managed services providers that we’ve had the privilege of working with,” said Thrive’s CEO Rob Stephenson. “Their operational maturity, management team, employee technical acumen and commitment to customer service make them the perfect partner for Thrive to anchor our Southern expansion.” InCare Technologies primarily deals with health care providers, local authorities, schools and enterprises.
