The months and weeks leading up to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) final publishing of their annual “Top 10 Most Frequently Cited Standards” list is always a time of great anticipation within all industries over which OSHA has jurisdiction, even though the majority of the citations that OSHA issues are in industrial and construction workplaces.
