There was a time in 2020 where it seemed no one would set foot on an airplane again, but as we move further into this year, the burgeoning uptick in air travel is just what aviation companies and airlines have been waiting for. Luckily, most of them haven’t exactly been sitting around, twiddling their thumbs while they waited. One company that’s kept its development machines humming is Gulfstream Aerospace, a subsidiary of General Dynamics, who recently announced two new jets designed with business travelers in mind. And wealthy ones at that. That’s because some experts believe that, coming off the pandemic, those with the money to avoid commercial air travel will. And Gulfstream hopes to appeal to them with the newest G400 and G800 private jet models. The G400 is said to offer the biggest — and quietest — cabin in its class. Options can get you space for up to 12 travellers, with features including large panoramic windows and 100% fresh air for reduced jetlag.
