DeepBrain AI is using life-like virtual avatars that use conversational AI to emulate human interactions in customer service scenarios. The company introduced its AI Kiosk at NRF 2022. The company’s AI Kiosk uses human-based AI avatars that can inform, solve and guide users through thousands of possible scenarios and real-time interactions. They respond to customer queries in exactly the same way as real store clerks, but from within e-commerce portals or extended reality displays in unmanned retail stores. The avatars can also give customers information on discounts, newly-stocked items and the backstory behind the AI Kiosk platform.
